In 2026, Pride in Dallas returns to the heart of LGBTQ+ Dallas: Cedar Springs Road in Oak Lawn.
On Sunday, September 20, 2026, thousands of people will line the Strip for The Parade on Cedar Springs, the centerpiece of Pride in Dallas and its biggest celebration of the year.
The parade steps off at 2 PM, with pre-show activities and lineup beginning at 12 PM. Admission is completely free, and no ticket is required.
What to expect
- 10,000+ community members celebrating along Cedar Springs
- Floats, community organizations, businesses, groups, vehicles, and marchers
- Pre-show activities beginning at noon
- Parade from 2 PM to 4 PM
- Accessible viewing areas, including shaded seating
- ASL interpretation at the reviewing stand
- Quiet zones for sensory breaks
- First-aid and safety teams stationed along the route
- A full celebration of the people, businesses, organizations, and neighbors who make Dallas’ LGBTQ+ community what it is
The 2026 theme is Pride Lives Here, a celebration rooted in the neighborhood and community that have made Cedar Springs a gathering place for generations.
Getting here
Parking around Cedar Springs fills quickly on parade day, so public transportation, rideshare, biking, and walking are strongly encouraged.
DART’s Red, Blue, and Orange lines serve Cityplace/Uptown Station, with the M-Line Trolley providing additional service through Uptown. Bike parking and BCycle stations are also available around Cedar Springs.
Plan to arrive early if you want a good viewing spot, especially if you’re looking for shade.
