Havana Bar and Grill is where Cedar Springs meets the Caribbean. By day, it is a restaurant serving Cuban-inspired comfort food — think ropa vieja, pressed sandwiches, and black beans done right. By night, it transforms into one of the Strip’s liveliest dance spots, with salsa, bachata, and reggaeton drawing a diverse, energetic crowd.
Friday nights are Latin Night, and the patio becomes the place to be. Rotating drag performers add to the entertainment, and the bar’s mojitos are some of the best on the Strip. The covered patio stays open late and lights up beautifully after dark.
Havana is one of the few spots on Cedar Springs where you can get a proper sit-down meal late into the evening. If you are bar-hopping and need to refuel, this is the stop.
