Youth Support Group (LGBTQ+) (12-18yrs)

A safe, affirming weekly space for LGBTQ+ youth (12–18) to connect, share, and build community through support and engaging activities.
Join us for our weekly youth mental health support group, a welcoming and affirming space for young people ages 12–18 to connect, express themselves, and build a meaningful community. Held every Wednesday, this group offers a supportive environment where participants can share experiences, explore identity, and develop confidence alongside peers.
Sessions may include a guided discussions, queer-inclusive sexual health education, therapeutic art activities, karaoke, and other engaging, youth-centered programming. Whether you’re looking for support, friendship, or a space to simply be yourself, this wellness group is here for you!
All are welcome, no matter where you are on your journey.
We open for social engagement at 5pm.
