This year’s theme, “Bold Roots, Bright Horizons”, reflects both where our community comes from and where we are headed. In Dallas — home to one of the earliest and most influential LGBTQ+* communities in Texas, generations of leaders, allies, and partners built spaces of visibility, connection, and courage, even in moments of uncertainty. As we gather in a changing moment, this theme celebrates the persistence of our progress and the collective work of those continuing to shape more connected and inclusive workplaces, industries, and business communities.
