A welcoming weekly group for LGBTQ+ adults 50+ to connect, reflect, and find community support.
This group is designed specifically for LGBTQ+ adults ages 50 and above who are looking for connection, support, and meaningful conversation in an affirming space.
Each meeting typically includes:
A warm community check-in to see how everyone is doing
A facilitated group discussion led by SMU Counseling Interns on a planned topic relevant to LGBTQ+ seniors
Occasional activities or wellness exercises to support emotional well-being and connection
Whether you’re navigating life transitions, building new friendships, reflecting on your journey, or simply seeking community, this space is here for you. No matter where you are on your path, you are accepted and valued.
